The map/launcher was probably downloaded using a torrent software as they were discussed in the forum thread (to be verified).

As such, we'll have the most chance by searching for a version of Minecraft inferior or equal to 1.1.0.

The house's chests have no clay, or version 1.1.0 made clay more available, that could indicate that the house is from a version before 1.1.0.

A lot of these candidates has been posted by one person called "anjocaido", he made the "V12","V12.1","V12.2", by the naming scheme and the description, it could mean that he meant to make an upgraded version, which maybe included a special map?
